Fund Objective:The Fund aims to provide an overall return (ie a return before the deduction of fees, tax and expenses) that exceeds the return from the S&P/ASX 300 Property Trust (GICs)Accumulation Index over the recommended investment timeframe. The Fund provides a broad exposure to the property market by investing in the industrial, office and retail sectors as well as a small exposure to other specialised sectors such as hotels, entertainment, residential and car parks. The Fund also has the ability to invest in infrastructure investments. The recommended investment timeframe is 3-5 years or more.
