Multi-boutique strategy, experienced investment team

BTIM's fund management business is arranged into a number of specialised teams: Equity Strategies, Income Strategies, Macro Strategies and Multi Strategies.

BTIM's strategy is to implement a multi-boutique model which will be a significant development in the Australian funds management industry.  By structuring the business around dedicated investment teams with specific skills (which will transition to boutiques in the short to medium term), we aim to optimise our ability to generate excess returns (alpha) while supporting the alignment of key investment staff with client portfolios.
