Notice of Termination: BT Wholesale Tax Effective Income Fund (ARSN 089 613 301)

The BT Wholesale Tax Effective Income Fund (Fund) terminated effective Thursday 29 March 2012.

All remaining assets in the Fund will be realised in an orderly manner and the proceeds will be distributed to all investors in proportion to their unit holding. This payment is currently expected to be made in April 2012.

A letter has been sent to existing investors and advisers with clients invested in the Fund providing additional information regarding the termination.

Significant features: The BT Wholesale Tax Effective Income Fund is an actively managed diversified portfolio that invests in Australian shares, Australian property securities, Australian fixed interest, cash and alternative investments that offer attractive income streams.

Fund objective: The Fund aims to provide a regular tax effective income as well as some capital growth over the long term to keep pace with inflation.
